Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are a health and fitness company looking for a customer service representative to ensure seamless customer interaction, tasks between all departments, and company operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist clients with questions about their program.
  • Member communication via phone or writing after conducting the necessary research and in accordance with their goal
  • Respond to customer follow-up requests as needed Handle billing questions.
  • During meetings, providing one-on-one assistance to clients Dealing with any questions the internal team may have
  • Issuing payment receipts for individual and group payments and creating manual credit notes and invoices as necessary
  • Assume accountability for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the system records.
  • Ensuring that members’ contact information is current
  • Respond to member complaints and look into



  • Prior experience with fitness training
  • It is imperative that you have prior experience in the UAE.
  • Able to show a commitment to providing top-notch customer service in a fitness setting
  • It is essential to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with a focus on achieving outcomes that are successful.
  • English must be spoken and written fluently.
