We are a health and fitness company looking for a customer service representative to ensure seamless customer interaction, tasks between all departments, and company operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with questions about their program.
- Member communication via phone or writing after conducting the necessary research and in accordance with their goal
- Respond to customer follow-up requests as needed Handle billing questions.
- During meetings, providing one-on-one assistance to clients Dealing with any questions the internal team may have
- Issuing payment receipts for individual and group payments and creating manual credit notes and invoices as necessary
- Assume accountability for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the system records.
- Ensuring that members’ contact information is current
- Respond to member complaints and look into
- Prior experience with fitness training
- It is imperative that you have prior experience in the UAE.
- Able to show a commitment to providing top-notch customer service in a fitness setting
- It is essential to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with a focus on achieving outcomes that are successful.
- English must be spoken and written fluently.
