Role & Responsibilities:
- Control and track absences and attendance oversee

- Create drafts of employee correspondence, such as offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, etc.
- Organize, oversee, and revise personnel records. in charge of all new hires’ onboarding
- Gathering information and creating monthly reports on operational performance
- Manage reservations efficiently through social and email channels control business email inquiries help with the needs for business setup and pre-opening procurement
- Control the processing of company gift cards and vouchers
- Communicate with Dubai Municipality regarding all necessary requirements.
- Organize the correspondence regarding customer reviews.
- Help with payroll preparation
- Oversee the creation of payments related to HR, such as EOSB Control the purchasing process from supplier registration to inventory management.
