Retail Officer – Supermarket


Job Details

The Retail Officer will be essential in assisting the Retail Manager in managing all of the retail establishments.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • On-site assistance with administration for retail establishments
  • Aide central administration in the procurement process
  • Maintain records, keep track of stock orders for the retail stores, and make sure products are delivered.
  • Assemble and provide the data required to complete an order, such as delivery notes, budget codes, and material codes
  • Follow-up on the creation of the PO and the PR’s approval
  • Keep a record of each delivery.


  • Excellent data entry and management skills, as well as speed and accuracy
  • The capacity to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
  • Exemplary planning and organizing abilities
  • Organizing abilities
