The Retail Officer will be essential in assisting the Retail Manager in managing all of the retail establishments.
Role & Responsibilities:
- On-site assistance with administration for retail establishments
- Aide central administration in the procurement process
- Maintain records, keep track of stock orders for the retail stores, and make sure products are delivered.
- Assemble and provide the data required to complete an order, such as delivery notes, budget codes, and material codes
- Follow-up on the creation of the PO and the PR’s approval
- Keep a record of each delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent data entry and management skills, as well as speed and accuracy
- The capacity to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
- Exemplary planning and organizing abilities
- Organizing abilities
