We are seeking candidates with experience in banking sales from a variety of nationalities.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To promote Priority accounts, personal loans, and credit cards as examples of retail priority banking products.
- To increase the amount of money that our Corporate Client base and newly listed companies spend
cross-selling of retail products is ensured - To support the telemarketing team by supplying qualified motor insurance leads
- Ensure that all customer applications are processed right away.
- To aid the relationship manager for business development in adding new businesses
- To effectively handle customer objections, it is necessary to be aware of any market changes brought on by competition.
- To improve products, services, and processes , lower costs, or improve customer experience, give bank staff constant and constructive feedback.
- Be a productive team member and assist in achieving objectives based on the Key Performance Indicators released occasionally.
- Perform additional tasks at a comparable level as needed.
- Preferably with a degree or diploma in commerce or an equivalent field.
- It would be ideal to have at least a year of retail product sales experience.
