We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with an Experience in Real Estate.
Important Responsibilities:
- Help with hiring and onboarding procedures, such as managing job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and shortlisting applicants.
- Make sure all job descriptions are current and adhere to the organization’s requirements and industry standards.
- Support the hiring process by interviewing candidates with the relevant reporting manager.
- assist new hires with the onboarding process
- Performing reference and background checks
- Prepare an offer letter or employment contract for the manager, the candidate, and other parties to sign as necessary.
- Maintain employee records, making sure they are accurate and comprehensive.
- Make sure that all HR regulations are being followed uniformly.
- Control the HR Department’s phone and effectively respond to all calls.
- Create and put into effect HR policies in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Plan teambuilding events and employee engagement programs.
Skills Required:
- Significant Confidence
- Having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Being able to multitask
